An excellent company to do business with. The staff are very helpful if you telephone them. My turbocharger arrived withing 2 days and was exactly as described. I was able to send me old turbocharger back to them in the same box the new one came in, and using a prepaid label. The deposit was put back into my bank account within 2 days of them receiving my old turbocharger. I highly recommend this company.

The packaging was great and informed about warranty and had a return postage label for old turbo. The refurbished turbo arrived pretty quickly to the click and collect. When unboxing all gaskets and fittings where new and sealed. The turbo itself was very clean looked almost new. Very happy and if I needed more car parts I will be happy to buy again. The turbo refund for my old one (they take deposit) was sent back quickly. Excellent service, good communication.

OMG, what fantastic service, put in the order, tried to call them, but no answer ( it was near end of the day), they called me back in the morning, explained my situation as urgent, they sent me photo's of the pump to make sure everything was correct, correspondence out of this world, item arrived next day. I cannot praise the quality of service enough. Pump fitted working well, well packaged, looked good quality.

I have absolutely no problem recommending this company. A fantastic service from start to finish. Quick delivery of turbo, fitted and transit is back to full health. All gaskets, studs nuts and bolts included in package and even the syringe to enable lubing turbo when fitting. Return label included with package, and deposit refunded via PayPal the next day. This is a company which treats the customer well, provides an excellent service and I highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you 👍🏼
