Item arrived faulty. Informed the seller who then proceeded to drag out the situation for weeks. Eventually, Ebay agreed with me and refunded the item once I returned it. The seller would only refund postage through Paypal. I told them I didn't have an account so they suggested I ask a friend or family member. Absolutely ridiculous. They have not made any attempt to refund the postage and neither has Ebay. I am over £10 out of pocket. Well done vernteran. After sales service abysmall!
