    The jacket is similar to the one on the picture, the only complaint is the way the shading looks. The overall size matches with the chart on the listing. The garment was sent from Pakistan, but with the UPS Express service it arrived relatively quick. After talking with the customer service we had an arrangement. Thanks.

    Although I have not received the item yet, this is due to Evri s slow delivery. This seller has been very helpful, and have communicated well. They have done all they can to rectify this issue. Good seller. Once I receive the item, I can update this review

    I changed my original negative feedback, because I was assured that they would help, and offer me a part refund, for item if it arrived, or a full refund, if it didnt. Of course, the item has not arrived, and since I updated my original review, I have had no reply to consecutive messages from verseent. I would advise people to be cautious when dealing with this seller. I will not make the mistake of buying from VERSEENT again. Avoid!

    The coat is attractive and as described. The coat is not true to UK sizing. I am a regular UK size 14. The replacement coat which fits me is defined as XL on the size chart. However when we advised the supplier that the size was incorrect they very promptly sent a replacement without requesting an immediate prior return of the original garment.
