  It has been a poor experience. what has happened is not that clear. I ordered a pair of boots, I got a tracking number but it came back as “not trackable”. couldn’t find a way to verify whether or not it was sent or received by Royal Mail. Seller communication good and refunded me. I don’t know why they didn’t send out another pair or even offer to? After refund I ordered again from same seller. Exactly the same happened. Different reference, same message. No item. Now saying out of stock.

  Hi, As explained before i would not have sent out another parcel even if i could But sadly all stock was now sold out. that is why i refunded. As for 2 parcel to get lost at the same address i as a seller was at a lost and still awaiting to here back from claims on this.I understand from a buyer point but i refunded as soon as issue was made aware and did not hold onto your money at all. Very Unfair feedback and believe once i knew of the issue i tried to sort it out as quickly as possible
