    This is difficult to explain! The product is exactly what was ordered! Quality OEM! Condition is new as advertised. Packaging was 10/10. Value is going rate but i picked this seller due to lead time! My issue is the lack of response from the seller, i ordered on a monday, no status update by wednesday evening. I had to email 2 times to get a response. To be fair, once a lady called Dimka communicated the item was sent and delivered prompt.

    These are genuine BMW mats that are being sold at an excellent price. The only issue, as others have mentioned, is that the delivery times are much longer than stated. You need to keep contacting the seller to chase up the order. It took more like 4 weeks for the mats to arrive rather than the 5 days stated in the advert. But given the quality, it was worth the wait.

    The sellers been brilliant, sadly the parcel got lost in transit, but the seller didn’t quibble or argue and communicated the resolution within 24 hours and refunded for the item. Sorry I couldn’t get it from them but they were superb in resolving the issue I had.
