    The product was as described. The customer service was robotic, unfriendly and non sympathetic. Perhaps A.I? I paid for 48hr tracked on the Wednesday. I was told the next day they had mistakenly sent via standard, and it had been dispatched. After being told it had been dispatched for 4days it seems it was actually dispatched the Sunday as 24hr tracked. Parcelforce delivered within 24hrs when it was in their possession, and my partner eventually received his gift. I was refunded my postage

    The Bummer sill arrived damaged through courier transit, I contacted support with images and they refunded me immediatley, Fantasic! customer support, Thank you, I personally would have shipped the sill on a stiff board and then bubble wrapped as this may have avoided the damaged caused during transit, But I am very impressed with the customer care and support. Thank you.
