Parcel arrived in Amazon packing even though purchased through E Bay. When I contacted them for a refund as the product I received was not as described. They sent me a QR return label which was for Amazon. I was told that Evri would pick up the package, this did not happen and they failed to respond to further messages. I had to get E Bay involed and I was refunded by E BayReply from: your.essentials.store- Feedback replied to by seller your.essentials.store.- Feedback replied to by seller your.essentials.store.We're very sorry to hear it didn't go as expected. Evri was supposed to collect the item as we ordered a pickup from your address several times. We're glad Ebay returned your money back. Apologies for inconvenience caused, and all the best!

The quality and value seem to be good - early days, but what I have tried certainly seems to bear out what has been described — namely a thin, manageable wand which easily spreads mascara which doesn’t clump or flake. Nor does it smear, smudge, or run - no “panda eyes”! I have no hesitation in buying from this Seller again. Thank you!
