Poor quality topper, after 5 days laying unused on the spare bed it still hadn't regained its shape and remained significantly smaller than the advertised 180x200cm, the creases from where it was packed never disappeared and remained compressed. Seller was very good however and sent me the return postage label & refunded immediately on receipt of the returned topper.

I ordered Thermal Sheets as it says Thermal in the description, i received my sheets but I would have thought as they we’re supposed be Thermal it would say on the packaging,I contacted the seller straight away they asked me to send them a picture of the packaging which I did and sent it straightaway, after a day or 2 they sent me a message to say if I want to return them I have to pay the postage ! I would not recommend this Company.
