The item is indeed new (but if I have any gripe about the sneakers), it would be that the dye of the purple on the suede rubbed off on the white vulcanized rubber and the white laces from transport possibly. Wish the sneakers were came wrapped in the original paper lining. The value was great. All in all, I am pleased.
