Product that arrived was not at all what was advertised. Seller advertised "replacement cover art and case only" in post, with visual examples. They ended up sending replacement art that wasn't even in English, and the quality of the art was not good. The "replacement ps2 game case" was the quality of a dollar store DVD case. I'd rate buying from this seller a 1.5/10 experience. If you're hoping to get a quality replacement/reproduction case, buying from this seller is NOT the right call.

Not sure what the buyer is talking about here. They received the American version of the cover (NTSC). I know the quality of the Shattered Memories scan that I have and it is nowhere near as bad as they are making it out to be. Several others have purchased and received the same exact case and have not complained. Buyer also could have messaged me before writing this review but decided not to.
