      So it it's wasn't in stock why did you sell it and waste everyone's time. Also, I don't want to pay money and have it frozen until you authorize a refund and it clears several days later. This auction was not helpful at all and wasted my time. Ultimately - I didn't get the item I needed. Very annoying and a NEGATIVE experience.

      Only the positive voltage can be changed, the negative is fixed at -5 Volts. It's not correct that it wasn't written because I need regulation of the positive and negative voltage.
