Terrible customer services, took a lot of messages before she replies. I ordered a 3 mm chain, received only a 2mm. Had proof it was only a 2 mm by a jeweller. Refused to replace with a 3 mm, said it was double the price of a 2 mm and she would loose out, but that’s what I paid for, do I was the one loosing out. Feedback also shows this is not the first time this has happened. I definitely don’t recommend. I never leave bad feedback but this time I felt I had to.

We response as soon as possible, not lot of messages, I have send a free return label and also a full refund, the chain is 3mm as we selling a lot, obviously your intension is not well here. Please don't make the public mislead with the information as we try to do our best as a local seller.
