    A very unpleasant experience. The item I ordered was meant to be delivered with a 24h service, just to learn it had never been dispatched. The seller claimed it must have been lost by courier despite never being scanned. Having waited 2 more weeks I opened a case and asked for a refund, not a replacement. Instead the seller posted the item a day after to have the case closed in their favour. Luckily eBay stepped in. I felt totally ignored, communication stopped - simply dishonest seller.
