The shipper packed the item, a 16 inch diameter by 6 inch thick glass door in a 17 x 17 x 8“ box with only cardboard on the edges for packing. Of course the item came in broken. The seller would refund part of the shipping cost, Refusing to refund the cost of the item. He insisted that I make a USPS claim. It’s a shame that USPS had to pay for his inadequate packing.
