I have a relatively small online store, but growing. You will find a variety of items, most of them are Vintage to Modern fine jewelry in solid gold, platinum, and sterling silver with diamonds and color gemstones. I have some high end pieces and appraised items. I also have a few custom jewelry and other collectible items. Unique and rare items that appeal to any budget and taste.     Item did not pass authentication, but seller was incredibly reasonable and communicative. I believe they described the items honestly and to the best of their abilities. I will buy again.

    The reason it did not pass inspection is because it was a vintage locket and even though it was stamped 14K it tested 13.3K so the authenticators rejected it, but before 1981 manufacturers were allowed to round off and stamped gold to the next karat weight according to the Plumb Gold Act. After 1981 all gold had to be stamped according to the precise karat weight and/or stamped with a P for plumb gold. I am sure other sellers are dealing with the same issue especially on vintage items.
