  AMAZING Seller!! Best I've ever encountered in my 20 years on Ebay. The huge chandelier shipped from Europe all the way to Oregon and arrived super fast, in PERFECT condition and even better than described. It was very fragile & very bulky. This seller had to have spent a few hours wrapping it. Every part of the chandelier was individually wrapped with delicate care & detail. It took me at least 1 hour to unwrap it. I can't say enough great things about this seller, the item and experience.

  Was thrilled to receive my weekender case sooner than expected and in great condition. It was well packaged. The product was very much as the seller described. She had taken multiple photos including some with a measuring tape which showed quite clearly the size. I love Kipling bags and was thrilled to get this little case at the price she asked for.   very fast service. shoes in good condition as described. packaging could have been better. shoes were packed in a plastic bag which got a rip during transport. some more stable packaging when sending shoes would be great which would also protect them from possibly bending during transport.
