Then, with no fault on their part, there was a problem with DPD delivering the package, and the parcel was sent back to Vintage Honey Pots. I contacted customer services, who made the necessary enquiries in-house and arranged for the parcel to be resent to me. The quality of items were as listed, as was the condition and appearance of all 4 lots.

  The Charlie Bear I received (Shakespeare) arrived just as described. I am very happy with what I received. The postage was fast, I received my parcel within 3 days of ordering it. The packaging did the job but I didn’t feel like, considering the price of the bear, it was packaged with all that much care.
