Contacted the seller who apologized, agreed to refund the belt, and then made a private listing for me to purchase the original belt. It all worked out great and I got the belt I wanted. She even included an apology/thank you card with the belt. I can’t believe how positive I feel about the experience, even after receiving the wrong belt! Absolutely outstanding customer service.
