About us

VintageRlex runs on the even flow of respect for the client and the product. Items are curated by hand and never bought in bulk. Each experience is highlighted with unexpected services. Hand washing and line drying vintage clothing, mindfully mending and repairing when needed, and visually re-inspecting shoes while cleaning and lacing. These services are completed regardless of expected sales price. Storage of all items are in a climate controlled office; hung if needed or folded and boxed. Shoes are stored with exterior materials in mind to keep discoloring or misshaping of fabrics a non-issue. Shipments occur twice a day, at opening and mid-day. All items are packed with care to ensure safe transport. Every sale is a practice in the unexpected, be delighted.

The item is exactly as described. The seller is friendly. I provided the helpful info regarding the loose items in the vintage original box to be packed or insert plastic bags or strips of newspapers in order to prevent the items from rattling around in the box. There were no broken pieces. Whew 😅. The original box was packed very securely. Overall, I am pleased & would recommend this seller’s shop.
