    The item was stolen after the courier used by the seller (Evri) left it in an unsecure location, in full view of the street. Seller refused to assist, despite my contract for the item being with them (I have no contract with Evri). Legally, a delivery failure is at the seller's risk, not the buyer's. After I pointed this out, seller simply did not respond. I attach a photo of our entire exchange. After opening a case with Ebay directly, Ebay refunded me.
