There was some wording on the tracking site that I was not accustomed to and reached out to the seller. Seller was patient and offered to do whatever he could from his end and watched the tracking progress until the item was delivered. I appreciate the work ethic.

    Shipping and packaging were both adequate, and the price would've been fair for a fully functional vintage screwdriver. However neither the description nor the pictures indicated that the screwdriver would fall apart as soon as I unwrapped it. Seller said they didn't check if it was functional... It's a screwdriver, not a nuclear reactor, and it fell apart quickly. Seller offered a return but I opted to fix it instead. This was not a good value for the money, and I won't work with them again.

    4-1/2" wooden handle screwdriver , probably 100 years old or older wasn't up to HIS standards so instead of returning it the buyer was looking for more discount, already received 25% discount. Buyer offered no photos as proof of his claim or of his so called repair. buyer is a scammer , sellers beware. 2-17
