  Arrived a day late, well packed but not in original packaging. As described in the listing. I haven’t fitted the item yet but the towbar looks well made and all the bolts etc. and fitting instructions are present. They were the cheapest I could find and offered a small discount to get me to order the item as I had them in watch list while I researched the options, so the slight delivery delay and the packaging are not a major issue.

  I purchased a tow bar of this seller it turned up with heavy damage and not in original packaging When it states new and unused. It also had the wrong size bolts to fit it together. I’ve tried contacting the seller a few times who offered a £20 refund after saying it is not worth that I now do not get a response from them. Extremely bad customer service.
