Bought 3 items of 3-pack Palmers Cocoa Butter from this seller, which never arrived. I contacted the seller and heard nothing back. The seller only responded to my email when I got Ebay involved. He/She provided a DHL tracking number, which when I checked with DHL isn't associated with my postcode.
Lies and lack of customer service! Needless to say, I won't be dealing with this seller ever again.
