Contacted the sellers and they responded the next day letting me know they had made a mistake and were re-sending the correct item. Took an extra 3 days but I did eventually get what I ordered and I am happy with it. Sellers were very helpful and sorted the issue out quickly. Would have rated 5* had the mix up not happened. Everything else was positive and I would buy from them again.

    Item fine ........ carriers garbage........item not delivered Friday although showed as DELIVERED and had waited in as did not know delivery firm......could not contact delivery firm ..... turned up on doorstep Monday.... very wet opened no damage probably delivered wrong house.....just a load of hassle checking neighbours ... trying to contact seller etc etc etc etc...... ......will not buy again from this firm if they sub contract delivery to Amazon...... too many similar tales
