    Both parcel arrived Monday 4 Aug. Completely disappointed by delivery man. I was indoors. Delivery man DID NOT press the bell NOR did he put parcel in my porch as Yordel claimed in their email. The 2 parcels were THROWN over the fence into my back garden(figure 1).On opening, one of the items was intact and in good condition, the 2nd was broken( no 1 in figure 2). Black casing broken from white front (2) and a small crack (3) on the white front so item cannot be used. Replace or refund pls
