  It arrived in one piece and in perfect condition despite usps's best efforts. It was well wrapped up in the box which is probably what saved it.   I am very happy with this Soldering Station...initially I received a defective unit. ($HIT HAPPEN$). This company was on top of things. They immediately offered to replace the unit or a full refund, NO questions asked. I accepted a replacement which I received quickly. The replacement works wonderfully, with many features.
