This company was on top of things. They immediately offered to replace the unit or a full refund, NO questions asked. I accepted a replacement which I received quickly. The replacement works wonderfully, with many features. I will be happy to do business with this company again.

I can’t test the machine because I don’t have a power cord to turn it on. Sales are making up or it and sending the missing items so I can’t complain much on that. If it works I’m happy, if not they said they will replace it. Good service.

I was able to make do with two of the scales but have tosend one back for correct size. very happy with the product and the company so far. will have to see how the exchange goes.

Seller refunded due to the LED issue being not as described. Because of the refund, I give Positive, but had they not, I would have selected neutral. Lighting issue is problem with supplier, not seller, and they are just posting information supplier gave them. The supplier would get Negative, but that was not seller's fault. Great Magnifier though if you provide your own lighting.
