  Sweetserenade is utterly trustworthy. I ordered some pants from this seller. They arrived damaged with a small but unfortunately very noticeable frayed spot front and center below the knee. I had planned on wearing these to work at an office, so with a flaw like that they wouldn't be acceptable. Iexpected to have to return the item--a hassle at the post office--but sweetserenade not only refunded my entire purchase price + shipping but also said to keep the pants in the bargain. That's service!
