There was a problem with the delivery when the courier left the item at the wrong address, outside in the rain (not in a porch as stated on the tracking), and damaged, but I realise this wasn't the seller's fault. Although they were difficult to contact at times they were very helpful in sorting the problem and I would recommend them. I very much appreciate the service received. Thank you.

    Not delivery on time, late 4 days, no updates seller comunicate only after claim doesnt arrived item, Evri company terrible, no updates no real time track very bad everything, if you need something on time look elswhere. Need respect yours customers, cos now its looks very bad. Do not recomentate at all....

    You missed the delivery, you didn't collect the parcels from collection point, unfortunately we cannot help in such a situation, you just weist our time and money, avoid this buyer.

    I ordered 1kg. flaxseed but only received 470 gr. Immediately contacted seller who asked me if I wanted the outstanding amount of seed or the money. I asked for the seed. After 9 days I asked what was happening, no reply. 2 weeks passed and I contacted ebay. Then the seller got in touch and I eventually got my money for the outstanding amount. VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE - WILL NEVER USE AGAIN.
