    I emailed this seller explaining that I paid for 500grams of organic walnut, I was sent a small pack of 125 grams, I asked to send back item or for seller to send the 375grams that is missing or refund the money I paid minus the price for the 125grams that was sent. The seller refuse every option, I even send a photo of invoice, which clearly states 125 grams. I paid £16 for 500grams and I received 125grams instead

    I ordered the organic brown flaxseed from this seller, and had a delivery date set of 28th Dec. The item didn’t turn up. After giving them plenty of time for delivery after the date (28th Dec), I contacted this seller, who then proceeded to ignore my multiple messages and concerns. This forced me to get eBay involved, thus making me wait for any recompense. EBay got me a refund. Unprofessional and ignorant attitude, and an unnecessary stressful transaction that never transpired - avoid 0/5

    Got home to find item delivered As I opened the package, the envelope containing the product had been poorly sealed The outside was coated in its content. The plastic packing was coated internally with the same. There was a gap in the sealing at the top of the enclosing envelope. My fingers were coated in the powder. As I dropped the envelope on the worktop a puff of the content came out through the unsealed gap. See all pictures attached. I need a response. Thanks
