    The fan was open box, though described as new. I contacted seller who promptly responded and apologised. They also offered £5 refund that I accepted (the fan was sold for £20). Very courteous. To be fair, the fan was in excellent condition and clearly new and never used. Would recommend, and happy to buy from again.
