  Damaged packaging and misleading information as regards delivery. The seller was adamant that the delivery had been made 2 days prior to me receiving it which led to me asking my neighbours if they had signed for it in my absence. Luckily I was home to receive the item in person when it did arrive despite the seller insisting that it had been delivered to a ( safe place). Very confusing.

  Unfortunately the seller used EVRi, the remotes were very badly packed, and on cctv the courier dropped them parcels from high up onto concrete, this resulted in all 4 remotes breaking. Seller refuses to assist in resolving this. I have been conned by this seller. AVIDCAT ALL COSTS!
