    The coat when it finally arrived was fully as described so can’t fault the item. However, communication from the seller was not the best. I chased them several times to see if the coat had been sent. When I contacted them again on 19 February they came back to me very quickly and the coat arrived the next day. Purchased coat on 3 February and it arrived on 20 February. I would use them again if they had something I wanted as I hope my experience was a one off based on their feedback ratings.
