Excellent Service. The first board we ordered (very large) did unfortunately arrived with the screen cracked. But I contacted viz-pro and they agreed to collect the broken one and deliver a replacement within 48 hours which they did! full marks for customer service. The board itself is what we wanted and I think a good price for the product.

Great chairs! Their was an issue that only 1 of the chairs was delivered at first. The seller was contacted and was quick to apologise and send the second chair. At all times communication was great and I would happily buy from them again.

Absolutely horrific customer service, product didn’t arrive neither did any sort of accountability. I’m not even sure they had the product in stock they were attempting to sell. Save your time and money and look elsewhere. When I tried to give the seller feedback on the way they are conducting themselves to avoid publishing it publicly they told me no one is going to lose sleep over my sale with the apathetic attitude of a teenager. Awful.

We have despatched the unit for the customer, which has been delayed in transit. We have offered to re-send the unit, which customer abrupty declined. We have issued a full refund immediately, but that didn't stop a buyer to send us number of rude messages with threats and other inadequate insults. In the end we have stopped trying to smooth over this transaction, as there is nothing else we could have done.
