**UPDATE NOTICE IMPORTANT ** In the event of non delivery of goods : Should this occur in any way please ensure you follow certain check steps before messaging or opening cases. Check step 1 - always make sure the delivery address you want goods to be sent, is correct as mistakes this way cannot be rectified. Check step 2 - just in case a delivery took place where no one was at home, please check with ALL neighbours as sometimes cards can be overlooked or not put through the door. Check step 3 - Check with your local Royal mail office. Orders over £20 are track able and by messaging we will of course supply those details. Refunds are only given if goods are faulty. The next step will ALWAYS be a replacement once check steps have been followed.
