  I'm being courteous on giving this seller a "neutral" experience because I received a full refund. I was really disappointed for not receiving what was depicted and described on his eBay post! It was unprofessional on his/her part for not giving an accurate description! But pleased, that the seller offered "free returns." I had to purchase elsewhere and pay a bit more, having to wait longer! This seller should work on improving his business ethics!
