  Overall satisfied with my purchase from this seller. Item was advertised as "open box, excellent condition" and that was probably true when they shipped it. However, the tripod wasn't packed very well and had a large counterweight just laid loose with it in the box. The paint on the counterweight and tripod had a few scratches as a result. It could have been worse. .
