    I'm appalled at the delivery of one small, but to me very important, gasket. Charged £3.40 including a delivery taking 8 days from ordering. I was compelled to postpone an oil change which had been planned and prepared for, all other more substantial materials having been ordered and promptly delivered. I have been refunded the amount but this does not in any way compensate for the disruption caused. Yodel are a useless courier!

NO FORD BOX AS IN THE LISTING, IT WAS IN A BOX WITH BROWN TAPE WRAPPED AROUND IT, ENDED UP BUYING FROM FORD AND PUTTING THIS ONE IN STOCK AS NEEDED TO DO THE SERVICE, COULDN'T TELL THE CUSTOMER THE SELLERS POOR EXCUSES FOR NOT POSTING FOR 4 DAYS AFTER PAYMENT.

    Item as described, although didn't fit my variant of Transit as stated. However, this was no issue. I returned this item and the seller was very helpful in offering to identify the correct oil filter for my transit. I returned the item and they offered a full refund, including postage, which I wasn't expecting. Many thanks. Next time I will ask for confirmation and share my vehicle VIN to avoid any issue.
