    An excellent product, extremely well packaged. Looks like it's definitely built to do its job. Priced sensibly and I used the payment option offered. There were some issues with the courier service but the customer service and contact given by vovol was excellent. Really happy with their efforts. They couldn't have done more to help and understand my frustration with the courier.

    The item arrived as described, no issues at all. As I had changed my mind due to receiving the similar item as a gift I needed to return it.     The customer care and support from vovol_vvl was excellent and certainly beyond expectation. They kept me informed about shipping from the time the order was confirmed. More importantly, I experienced a technical issue with the Cleaner. They helped me through these with detailed advice via email. The result was that I am completely satisfied with the product. Their customer care made all the difference. I am generally sceptical of internet purchases but vovol has changed that view.

    Vendor was great good comms but was let down by the courier who didn't answer there phones or leave proper updates. Sadly I had to refuse the eventual deliver do to taking so long to deliver and having to make other arrangements
