    After a mistake by the seller and a long delay in shipping time. there was no effort to remedy. I asked for immediate remedy only to be fobbed off with an offer of refund. After several messages the seller eventually sent the item, once again in the very long shipping time. With no offer of compensatory action. ie expedited shipping. it meant for a very poor customer service experience. I wont be using their shop again.

    After the mistake I did I apologized several times and offered a replacement, explained my situation and how I work, asked if I should proceed with the replacement and never received a reply. After some time has passed I get a message "where is my item". I am sorry for the poor experience.
