They contacted me when they noticed some red marks on the shoes I was interested in that were not in the listing; and not only disclosed this discovery to me, but asked if I still wanted to purchase them. I greatly value the honesty and the way the seller handled this discovery. I declined as it was not something I thought I could make wearable for myself and they quickly refunded me.

  The purse was not at all like it was stated. This purse straps are filthy and inside She agreed to refund shipping but must have changed as label would not print. She did refund price of purse.
