  Offering £64.99 partial refund for two badly damaged items paid £129.99 described as Venetian mirrored stands.They are fibre glass moulds spray painted.Delivered rattling around a box with bubble wrap around the box and then put in larger box they are not as described and total lightweight garbage be warned.Does not answer messages for days at a time and does not read then either.Be warned

  The worst buying experience I have ever had on eBay, the clock arrived broken, yodel strikes again, not sellers fault. However, what I didn’t expect was the attitude of the seller. I raised a return, seller sent me a label to drop item at depot. Although the item is huge and bulky, told seller needed a collection but was basically told tough luck. Then seller tried to charge me £5 for collection and demanded I close the return request. I had to remind seller of consumer rights and eBay policy.
