    The worst buying experience I have ever had on eBay, the clock arrived broken, yodel strikes again, not sellers fault. However, what I didn’t expect was the attitude of the seller. I raised a return, seller sent me a label to drop item at depot. Although the item is huge and bulky, told seller needed a collection but was basically told tough luck. Then seller tried to charge me £5 for collection and demanded I close the return request. I had to remind seller of consumer rights and eBay policy.

    Absolute joke of a company. Brought this two and a half weeks ago and still not here. Constantly making excuses up by sending two false tracking numbers. Then get told to wait longer even though its not coming. Now received a message as a good will gesture they'll refund me. Looks like theyve done this previously too. Avoid this company at all costs absolute waste of time. Probably put my money in an offshore account so it makes them a quick buck or two. Definitely never using these again.
