The seller also sent messages throughout the shipping process, noting when it arrived in customs, left customs, and was ultimately delivered, which I very much appreciated. The box for the acrylic standee set had a couple of small rips and a puncture in the top, but that's not a huge deal to me; everything was as pictured in the listing and packaged with care.
