    Item arrived very late, to the point that I no longer needed it! I messaged the seller, asking when they were going to send the item? Seller advised that the item had shipped, but would look into why I had not received the item. Thankfully after they complained to the delivery company, the item was delivered a day and a half later. This is the first time this year that Evri has let me down.. But that's not the sellers fault!

Then I discovered the description had radically changed after allegedly being sent. The seller does not respond to queries. This is the 1st time I've had to ask eBay to provide a refund.     I ordered 2 packs of small union Jack's as in picture costs £3.98 I received 2 small flags. I have contacted seller and they say I got what I ordered. My reply was I will not use them again as no one would pay that much for 2 small flags. I am sad as I have a VE day party this afternoon and no flags to wave. I told seller this last week when order arrived.
