  Seller said the item was shipped from the UK, but lied and it was shipped from China. The item was advertised boxed and with a UK plug but was supplied in a plastic bag with a Euro plug. The seller's response so far is unsatisfactory.

  To be honest I can't blame the seller entirely my order arrived with parts missing i contacted the seller who promptly offered a partial refund or return but if the item had been packaged up better I don't think we would have had a problem royal mail delivered it no care in the fact the parcel was ripped or partialy open didn't even mention it to me I have returned the item and will be receiving my money back

  Heard nothing from them, no contact, no dispatch notification.I messaged them,they said apparently evri had tried to deliver but was unable. I know that this is utter lies as I have daily deliveries from evri for my business and know my driver by name! The bag is out of stock everywhere online which is why I even considered buying this fake. I tried with another seller, messaging them to confirm they had stock but 3 of them turned out to be this seller under a different name!!! Complete SCAM!
