Item listed as free postage on auction, won as only bidder and then refused to complete sale as didn’t make and more than starting price and demanded more money before posting. Claims it was an accident but has only become an issue after sale has been completed even though other items are listed with free postage. Reported to eBay as contracted to complete sale when listing an auction.
