My $150 reproduction framed document arrived with artifact imperfections inside the framed glass. Sellers description states that they hand pick each frame and offer premium quality and nearly every piece of art is printed / mounted / stretched / framed on demand in their state of the art warehouse here in the USA. When I contacted them about the quality problem this was their response, " I am not sure but that’s how we receive the printed documents from our supplier." Do they sound truthful 2 U

Sir, as I replied to message you may return it for a full refund. Even the original at the National Archives Museum in Washington has imprecations. It is replica of a 245 year old document. It is supposed to look vintage, antique and aged. Before you placed the order you asked 3 times for a discount. After you received it we offered you a 100% refund but you asked for a discount again. If you don't like our quality then why didn't you return it? Instead you keeping asking for a discount?

Just as I stated you are Un-Truthful ! First you totally refused to give any discounts at all, second you wanted me to pack and ship it back to you at my cost, ie: why I asked for a discount. The item arrived with what looks like a small bug and blue pen mark inside the glass, had nothing to do with looking like an old document. Sad you run your business via lies, but they will catch up with you. You should be ashamed of yourself. Try telling the truth for a change, it will set you free!!!
