Hello and welcome to my spot. I strive for excellence in customer service. All orders that have shipping will be combined and discounted and if necessary, any extra postage will be refunded. I will only conduct business through the E-bay payment and message system, all orders will be shipped to the address on file. you have five (5) days to pay, or you will be reported as a non-payer so shop responsibly. I do offer a 30-day refund on almost every item in the store. I will try to get your items packaged and shipped with-in one (1) day of payment, however with work and life it is not always possible.     I sent in a request to send back card because of a print line that I didn’t see in photos. Seller was quick to offer refund with no hassle whatsoever. Seller was very apologetic, which made me feel bad for making an issue out of a $15 card. I decided to to keep card and close my request. If you want to breath easy when looking for cards to buy, then I would highly recommend this seller. Print line was very minor so I believe seller did not see it. A+++++PLUS
