14 year old filter! Seller listed a stock photo of a new filter, not open box. I receive in a bag, package broken/opened. The filter was from 2010! The filter was dented, had rust on the cage, & filter medium. I msg'd the seller upset about the condition & he responded in broken English telling me USPS caused the rust on the 14 year old filter damaging it & I'm blocked from purchasing from him (Screenshotted) again then refunded me. Why would I want to?! ***Buyer Beware***
