When I received the order I found that one of the Tsubas were incorrect. I contacted the Wang group and explained the situation. They replied back to me the next day with sincere apologies and let me know that they were right then mailing me the correct item and to keep the wrong item as well. Great attention to detail in solving my problem. I was very pleased with the actual Tsuba I received.
