Seller is great. I noticed that it was taking an extra while to get my figure, longer than normal for international shipping. I sent a message to the seller and they looked into the situation, and replied within 24 hours. Package was lost. Since there wasn't a possibility of replacement, I was offered my money back or a replacement figure. Best customer service. One of the best sellens on Ebay.

item arrived, was packaged tight, had one small break where the hair connected to base but was a simple fix. have no problems purchasing from this seller, packaged arrived i bit later but was due to mailing issues not seller. this seller actually had all the items i ordered unlike many other sellers lately. Item description says it can take off...... couldn't figure out what is supposed to be removable, but the figure is great anyway.

Item listed as new. Actual item was stained, reeked of cigarettes, scuffed, had a layer of dust in the groves and had a missing part. When I requested a refund, the seller then attempted to get me to assist in defrauding the shipping company. Claiming that all of this must have happened in shipping, even though the packaging was pristine.
